Nurse Appreciation Night Success

The Oklahoma City Thunder worked with OU Health and Oklahoma Nurses Association to offer two complimentary Thunder tickets to all Oklahoma nurses for their Nurse Appreciation Nights.  The complimentary tickets were offered in the upper bowl baseline and nurses were also provided the opportunity to upgrade to other seating zones including the lower bowl. 

The promotion was initially slated for one night and due to its success it spread out over 4 nights total.

Similar to other appreciation programs run by the Thunder, they provide complimentary tickets and require buyers to answer questions about their interest in other ticketing opportunities including membership, partial plans, group tickets and tickets for the G-League team, Blue.

In addition to filling seats and driving revenue the Thunder added 1,335 accounts to their database and got 39 hand raisers for additional products!

The Numbers:

5,344 total tickets

$37,611 in revenue

1335 new accounts added to the OKC Thunder Database- 54% of redemptions

39 accounts that raised their hand for interest in groups or ticket packages
