Kings Score With Fan Experience Sales

Prior to the 2023-24 season, the Sacramento Kings want to explore driving incremental revenue with some of their available Fan Experience inventory.
While their primary focus is still to drive group sales with their fan experiences, they saw some distressed inventory and even some opportunities for expanding select experiences for upsells.
Utilizing a Spinzo promotional page, they built out all possible experiences available for sale and then managed each on a game by game basis. Adding in total number to sell limits allowed for automatic sellouts once an experience reached the max capacity.
Spinzo provides the ability to link out to waivers and collect other data in the sales process. The Kings are asking questions to dive deeper into what motivates fans to purchase an experience with questions like: Who is your favorite Kings player? Is this a special occasion, if so, what are you celebrating?
All confirmation emails detailed instructions on how to participate or redeem each experience. On game nights, the Kings printed lists of participants from the Spinzo dashboard.
