Cyclones Voucher Package Sales Soar

The Cincinnati Cyclones for the past three seasons have offered ticket voucher packages to fans.  The package provides fans the ability to pre-purchase a minimum of 6 or a maximum of 20 tickets to be used during that season. The magic of the voucher package is that the buyer does not have to choose their games upfront or use all of their tickets at once.  They can simply come back and redeem at their own pace.

To make this program happen the Cyclones leverage Spinzo’s flex plan technology.  At the time of purchase the buyer instantly receives a confirmation email with the unique code good for the same number of tickets they purchased and the redemption link with all available games.  This makes it a turnkey and hands off program for the Cyclones.
