Corporate Program Growth With Switch to Spinzo

Corporate Program Growth With Switch to Spinzo

The Portland Trail Blazers moved their corporate ticket program, Rip City Rewards, to Spinzo for the 2025–2026 season and saw immediate results:

  • 25% revenue increase
  • 1,497 additional tickets sold

The success was driven by increased flexibility and visibility across promotional links. According to the Trail Blazers, the enhanced reporting capabilities gave sales executives real-time insight into views, conversions, and engagement for each company specific link throughout the season.

From a leadership perspective, the Trail Blazers were also able to use these exclusive partner groups to drive sales for lower-performing games by adding incentives such as experiences, merchandise, and bonus games.

Additionally, customized page branding, including company logos and tailored messaging helped re-engage previously inactive partners and encouraged more companies to actively promote and sell tickets.

The Trail Blazers introduced new games on a monthly basis, creating a consistent habit for buyers to return to the promotional pages. During the season, 230 buyers made repeat purchases, accounting for 26% of all buyers.

Heading into the 2026–2027 season, the Trail Blazers are focused on continuing this momentum and expanding engagement with even more companies across the market.
