Columbus Blue Jackets Kids Takeover Game Scores Big Numbers!

For their Kids Takeover Day the Columbus Blue Jackets put together a ticket package with a ticket and exclusive Stinger jersey offered for both kids and adults.

Jersey offered to package purchasers, came in both adult and youth sizes.

The game itself featured entertainment from the Columbus School of Rock Band and kids taking on Blue Jackets roles throughout the evening, including Public Address Announcer and members of the Jet’s Pizza Boom Brigade.

Among the kids were two of this season’s Hockey Fights Cancer pediatric heroes – Bryan, age 10, and Braelyn, age 13. Bryan served as Kid Reporter, while Braelyn stepped into the role of In-Arena Host, adding a special and inspiring element to the night.

All kids received a CBJ sticker sheet upon entry into the building.

The exclusive ticket package drove the following numbers:
